Every Saturday- 10am to 11:30am.
Venue: Chrismar Hotel Gym.
Jenifer Golden and Tesmer Atsbeha.

Develop body awareness through warm-up exercises, modern dance technique, locomotor movements across the floor and combining a sequence of movements to dance. Learn movements from lyrical to athletic. Various music from Classical, African, Latin to Hip-Hop. Develop muscle tone, strength, flexibility, coordination, body alignment, balance, and rhythm.
 


Weekly Ride Out for Motor Cyclists.
Venue: Vasilis Bakery at Manda Hill.
When: Sunday 9am.

Any age and size bike welcome.

Zambia Amateur Swimming Union (ZASU.) This is the national swimming club and trains at the Olympic Pool near ISL. Training will improve technique, speed, and stamina. Join the club and maybe become a part of the Zambian National Team!
